Sometimes even the happiest life or optomistic person can become overwhelmed by sudden changes of fortune, unexpecte hardships or the daily wear and tear of living in a constantly changing and often uncertain world.  In those times Jesus has great words of comfort and healing for us.  With complete love He tells us "Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble of heart and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."  Matthew 11:28-30
